Your order will be shipped on the next business day from the time you place your order, and you will generally receive your order in four to seven business days from the date it was placed. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you.
For earlier delivery, we'll be happy to expedite shipping for an additional charge.
* Three business days via UPS will be $9.00 extra
* Overnight via Fedex will be $17 extra
HI and AK: Add an extra $9.95 to the base shipping charge.
International Shipping
For Canadian orders add $9 to the base shipping charge.
We do not offer overnight service to Canada, but we will send UPS 3-day for an extra $20.
For International shipping, please add $8 to the base.
Overnight Delivery
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11am ET. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.
Please note: We require a signature on all package deliveries.
Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Either option may be selected when you add an item to your shopping bag
Returns & Exchanges
Within 10 days of original purchase: Iconology gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a full refund. The item must have the original tag on it. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be in the form of the original payment.
If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items, bathing suits or undergarments. Fragrances must be unopened.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
